Ms. Bubeck advises clients on federal and state telemarketing laws, data privacy laws, and First Amendment issues. She is an experienced civil litigator with appellate and Supreme Court experience with cases focusing on constitutional challenges, regulatory actions, and consumer class action defense.

Ms. Bubeck has defended companies in a variety of class and individual actions including claims alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA). She also advises clients on data privacy issues including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other privacy laws.

In 2020, she appeared on brief before the Supreme Court for the First Amendment challenge to the TCPA in Barr v. Am. Ass’n of Political Consultants, 140 S. Ct. 2335 (2020).

Ms. Bubeck is a certified information privacy professional for the United States (CIPP/US).
