Colin Gregory is an associate attorney at Copilevitz, Lam & Raney, P.C. and advises on a wide range of legal areas, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), charitable solicitation, constitutional law, and nonprofit formation and compliance.

In addition, Colin has worked on matters for clients pertaining to data privacy, trademark law, international charitable solicitation, and sales tax compliance for direct mail marketers.

In 2021, Colin presented on “The Impact of Carrier Restrictions on Political Text Messages” in a seminar for the American Association of Political Consultants.

In his free time, he enjoys seeing live music, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
