Grant advises nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, tax and regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and charitable fundraising. He brings to the firm nearly a decade of diverse experience as an attorney serving the nonprofit sector. His work has included counseling neighborhood associations in Kansas City’s urban core on economic development projects and representing immigrants in Washington State, where he contributed to multiple briefs before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is professionally fluent in Spanish.
Grant lives in Kansas City. Outside of his practice, he enjoys exploring emerging technologies such as Bitcoin and artificial intelligence, as well as spending time with friends and family.
